Quality
Quality is an important force leading to organizational success and company growth in the world markets. Quality (the entire collection of activities through which we achieve fitness for use no matter where these activities are performed) is a key element of modern management. Defined in the expression “conformance to requirements”, quality is a customer’s determination. It is based upon the customers actual experience with the product, measured against the requirements – stated or unstated – and always represents a moving target in a competitive market.
